Mission Statement:

Mastering the small skills is a requirement to becoming a successful athlete.

With this in mind, Backalley Baseball is based on three simple principles:

1. A coach is responsible for teaching players the correct way to play the game.

2. A coach is responsible for helping each player to develop the emotional maturity to manage the mental side of the game.

3. Coaches must model integrity, honesty, and respect for their players.
